Contract project manager and development manager with international experience, including CEO Lendlease Asia. Graeme’s broad management experience enables him to conceptualise and deliver solutions for complex requirements and stakeholders. Graeme takes success in his stride, manages projects diligently and with precision, and does not shy away from a challenge.

Yiran is a registered architect and an impressive Assistant Project Manager. She is detail oriented, an excellent communicator, and is keen to deliver a wide array of project types. Her particular experience in commercial projects and thorough knowledge of approval process and Australian standards are a huge asset to all project teams.

Rod is a highly skilled business and project manager whose perceptive and considerate approach is testament to his wealth of experience. Graduating as a Civil Engineer, his roles have included site engineer, general manager and director across a variety of complex projects and organisations including the delivery of turnkey and Design & Construct projects.

Dedicated Senior Project Manager with over 10 years extensive experience in the industry and in leading construction projects from inception to completion. Proven track record of delivering high quality projects on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations.

Managing Director and well respected project manager with a wide range of successful projects in Sydney and Australia – including large industrial sites and numerous residential developments. Trevor is proud of the collective team of specialist managers at McNally Management.

Integral team member since the company’s inception, Caroline has provided dedicated support to Trevor and the organisation throughout these years and particularly now during its growth. Caroline’s enthusiasm and joy bolster the team spirit and her efficiencies drive us forward.

Rachael is a generalist business coordinator. Her business administration and communication skills see her contribute to the management of projects. She takes the lead on much of the team's marketing, communications and business systems. Rachael has a BA in Communication and an MA in Business.
