McNally Management was engaged by TA Little Bay Pty Ltd to project manage the construction of the Illume – a complex, large residential apartment estate in a sensitive coastal location, consisting of 179 units in three 5 storey apartment buildings, with basement parking. We worked closely with the client and project team over 18 months to deliver the project to high standards, on time and within budget.
Illume is a boutique and exciting project, part of the Little Bay Master Plan – the Little Bay Master Plan was created by Hill Thalis Architecture + Urban Projects, Candalepas Associates and McGregor Coxall for Charter Hall.
The site is in located in Randwick City Council, close proximity to Little Bay beach, numerous golf courses and the urban regeneration sites of the previous Coast Hospital. The site presented some unique challenges, as recently built infrastructure including roads, footpaths, landscaping and underground services were preserved through a careful approach.
